For cold forming, the rod has been heated before heating. The shape of the forming and stabilizing rods is mostly three-dimensional and very complex, and it is impossible to use the straight rod heating method and the medium frequency heating furnace to heat it. This equipment uses electrodes to clamp both ends of the formed stabilizer rod to achieve heating by relying on the resistance of the stabilizer rod itself. The heating speed is fast and is not affected by the shape of the stabilizer bar. One machine can heat stabilizer bars of various shapes.
